Responsibilities
Responsible for partnering with regional and health system leadership to drive employee engagement and adoption of priorities by developing, implementing and coordinating communication, engagement and change management strategies. The role will work closely with the Regional Business Partner and report to the Health System Communications Lead to ensure that communications are aligned and leveraged to support understanding of organizational strategic initiatives, integration imperatives and cultural change. This role will also program relevant content and events on Jefferson’s digital workplace.
Essential Functions
- Supports and strategizes communication requests for health system regional and service line priorities.
- Provides planning, writing and programming support for weekly regional update newsletter, ad hoc internal messaging and regional content on our enterprise digital workplace, including stories and events.
- Traffics intake of regional and service line requests from clients using centralized project management system.
- Coordinates with other communications colleagues including health system communications, peer regional communications, media relations and marketing to execute campaigns as needed.
- Provides general writing support for regional executive communications as needed.
- Interacts with co-workers, visitors and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson.
