Required
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- 10-15 years of experience in marketing leadership roles.
- Effective leadership and management experience with the ability to inspire a team.
- Extensive experience in transformative brand development with proven ability to execute an omnichannel marketing program, including public relations.
- Competencies: strategic planning, marketing strategy, customer acquisition, agency relations, product management, process improvement, team development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to make informed decisions.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams. Experience with marketing analytics tools and software (e.g., various CRMs, HubSpot, Campaign Monitor).
