SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As our company continues to experience hyper growth, we are seeking energetic and passionate people to join our elite team. In this position you will support Sales & Marketing by working with our Director of Performance Marketing to ensure all digital marketing efforts are executed and managed on a daily basis to drive results for the business in the form of digital leads that convert to bookings (ROI).
This position requires a self-motivated, resourceful, high energy and enthusiastic team member with a dynamic personality who thrives in an entrepreneurial style environment, where the pace is fast and urgent. Your ability to learn quickly and connect with stakeholders in the business will contribute to your overall success. In the role of Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be expected to fully immerse yourself into the Cuvee collection, marketing and sales efforts, and guest lifecycle.
This position will report to our Director of Performance Marketing. You will be accountable for the following areas:
- Under the direction of the Sr. Director of Performance Marketing, manage digital marketing campaigns from conception to implementation and execute campaigns in alignment of content across all media channels including but not limited to: Organic Social, Paid Social, Paid Search, SEO and Display.
- Create and/or source all ad copy and creatives for digital channels.
- Utilize analytics platforms to track, analyze, and identify trends and insights to optimize key metrics and deliver regular reporting.
- Maintain and strengthen the Cuvée overall brand through all digital initiatives including social media and website content.
- Champion the digital experience and customer journey -- from awareness to conversion to remarketing and retention.
- Assist with website administration duties such as writing SEO meta data, creating landing pages, updating collections, creating redirects, and more.
- Working directly with the Sr. Director of Performance Marketing to strategize and execute marketing plans that are on-strategy, timely, on-budget, and ensuring accurate delivery and attribution.
- Assist with developing landing pages and tracking tags for digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with various internal departments in the development and maintenance of digital content and marketing projects to support all verticals of the business, not limited to new acquisition, rebooking, travel agents, and expansion.
- Manage brand reputation and communication via social media channels; including posts, engagement reporting, follower growth, tagging of industry partners.

- 4 posts/week, 3 stories/week
- Continually seek and research new sources of prospective guest data and provide recommendations to marketing and sales leadership.
- Partner and effectively communicate with team members and departments on marketing initiatives and objectives to ensure that the strategic direction and message is executed consistently and properly across all digital platforms.
- Stay abreast of business objectives in order to create, support, and present goals and ideas to leadership.
- Continue to learn and be on the forefront of new technology for the travel industry and stay informed about the market, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Develop collaborative relationships and synergy with all departments such as sales, marketing, destinations, operations, and accounting.
- Perform other functions as needed.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years professional experience in digital/performance Marketing
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Impeccable and responsive interpersonal and communication skills including verbal and written
• Experience with social media marketing
• Experience with CRM (ideally HubSpot) is preferred
• Driven to succeed and work in a rapidly growing, team-based environment
• Operates with a sense of urgency and strives for higher standards
• Flexibility with work schedule to include nights and weekends as needed

Salary + Bonus: Commensurate with experience. Annual Salary plus Bonus range from $70,000 to $95,000. Position includes extensive benefits including 401(k) matching, health, dental, vision and so much more.
