YOUR MISSION:
- Drive the development of the North America marketing strategy for Sportstyle, Basketball, and Motorsport business categories, collaborating with sales, DTC, and merchandising teams.
- Lead strategic planning sessions with cross-functional marketing team members to build and execute comprehensive marketing plans.
- Create and lead marketing initiatives that maximize the impact of brand partners, ambassadors, athletes, sponsorships, and events.
- Manage, guide, and mentor a team of marketers responsible for implementing all marketing efforts.
- Leverage data, market insights, and marketing tools to develop and execute impactful and consumer-relevant strategic marketing recommendations.
- Ensure alignment between global and regional visions by working closely with global business units.
- Manage multiple marketing budgets and track spends according to business priorities.
- Support sales, merchandising, and marketing leaders on all aspects of the Go-To-Market Process.
- Partner with cross-functional team members to develop integrated omni-channel marketing plans.
YOUR TALENT:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in brand, product, or retail marketing, with a focus on sportswear, sneakers, or lifestyle brands, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior brand marketing, strategy or management role within those industries.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making.
- In-depth knowledge of the sneaker, sport, music, and fashion industries.
- Leadership experience with a focus on team development.
- Proficiency in integrating product storytelling into marketing campaigns.
- Expertise in leveraging athlete endorsements and partnerships to reinforce brand equity.
- Experience developing and maintaining distinct market positioning for specific categories (e.g., basketball, motorsport).
- Skilled at working across departments to ensure alignment on brand initiatives.
- Experience effectively managing multi-million-dollar marketing budgets.
- Skilled at identifying emerging market trends and translating them into impactful marketing opportunities.
