INRIX is seeking to hire a Marketing Manager to help drive the company's marketing strategy and ensure alignment with organizational goals. This dynamic position requires a results-oriented individual who can lead marketing initiatives, create compelling campaigns, and collaborate across departments to promote INRIX's innovative products and solutions. You'll be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing plans that engage target audiences and enhance brand awareness.
The ideal candidate has strong project management skills, a data-driven mindset, and along with creativity, adaptability, and a passion for storytelling to craft and deliver marketing strategies that elevate INRIX’s brand and drive measurable results. This position is based in Kirkland, WA and is hybrid with four days in the office and Friday WFH.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with members of the marketing team to coordinate and execute marketing plans to meet key objectives
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors to successfully execute projects with defined timelines.
- Lead and coordinate industry trade shows, conferences and webinars including speaking submissions, logistics, lead generation systems/process, messaging, social media, pre/post emails, meeting schedules, and other related elements.
- Provide sales enablement support including the website, emails, blogs, case studies, brochures, presentations and other customer-facing tools
- Drive digital story telling through blogs, websites, SEO/SEM, LinkedIn, and related techniques
- Monitor and track metrics related to events, digital content, social media, etc.
- Perform additional duties and projects as needed
Required Skills:

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, or related fields, or equivalent work experience required
- Proficiency in MarTech stack technologies such as Pardot, Salesforce, Asana, Hootsuite, WordPress, LinkedIn, SEMrush, Reddit, Groove, and/or Google Analytics preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in field marketing, campaign marketing, demand generation, product marketing, social media, or event marketing within B2B tech, SaaS, or enterprise software space
- Expertise in planning and executing both in-person and virtual events, leveraging various marketing channels to drive engagement and attendance
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes, the buyer’s journey, and a proven track record of partnering with sales to achieve pipeline targets
- Experience creating and launching marketing campaigns across multiple channels including web, direct, events, search, etc.
- Knowledge of modern product marketing concepts and techniques
- Data-driven with the ability to analyze marketing performance and adapt strategies based on insights and feedback
- Experience driving organic social media strategies across key channels
- Ability to manage contractors and collaborate effectively with all levels across the organization, as well as with clients and prospects
- Passion for bringing products to life through impactful storytelling
- Experience driving programs resulting in MQLs that convert to marketing generated pipeline
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word and Excel

The compensation range for this role is $70,000 – $95,000 plus incentives. Compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. INRIX may modify the pay range at any time.
