Job Summary
The role of the Coordinator, Global Brand Marketing will play a critical role in supporting global brand initiatives for new launches and ongoing business. This position is responsible for supporting the development of new launch innovation and core product activations, as well as driving cross-functional collaboration with Product Development, Packaging, Creative, Merchandising, Education, U.S., International and Communications in the development and implementation of cohesive global strategies. The Global Brand Marketing Team acts to drive profitability, share and volume growth as the brand champions within their respective category.
What You Will Do
New Product Launches and Documentation:
- Compile information for new launch briefs, including competitive analysis, NPD data, and internal projections
- Create and issue launch-related documents such as packaging briefs, PDP asset briefs, and shot lists
- Assist in planning and executing new product launches according to the development process
- Assist in global forecast guidance and prepare marketing bulletins to present to markets
- Support the creation of comprehensive launch program
Administrative And Miscellaneous Duties
- Assist in various ad hoc projects for Global Marketing
- Manage Content update communications to 360 teams such as expired assets
- Update Education Platform in partnership with Education
- Issue weekly global marketing updates to global teams
- Prepare meeting rooms with products and comps
- Handle competitive product purchasing and manage inventory of product closet
Competitive Analysis And Market Research
- Serve as the category expert through analysis, consumer insights, industry trends, and knowledge of category dynamics and competition
- Maintain and manage global product assortment and pricing documents
- Conduct competitive product landscape analysis and report findings to inform product launches
- Manage lab sample requests, ongoing category documents, and master data for all SKUs
Category And Product Management
- Lead market research through use of platforms such as WGSN, Mintel, Spate, etc
- Conduct competitive research to inform pricing strategy
- Provide competitive launch reviews and regular industry news, launches, innovations, and trends
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree recipient
- 1-2 years of work experience in product marketing, preferably cosmetics
- A passionate, energetic team-oriented individual with strong project management, analytical, interpersonal, creative and leadership skills
- Strong oral, written, communication and presentation skills
- Deep knowledge of competitive landscape
- A strong sense of urgency, ability to manage details and projects while responding to changing priorities and feedback
- Ability to balance quantitative analytics with marketing creativity
- Strong work ethic with a strong efficiency orientation
- Ability to work both independently and with cross-functional teams in a fast moving/changing environment
- Ability to build, foster, and nurture strong relationships and gain the trust and respect of cross-functional team partners

The hourly rate for this position may vary based on geographic location. Pay is based on several factors including knowledge, education, skills, and experience. In addition to base pay, we may offer additional forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package, including a discretionary annual bonus in addition to a full range of benefits.
