Job Summary:
The Perfume Education & Events Senior Manager is responsible for developing the Education and Training Strategy for the Americas and ensuring our Sales Teams are best in class by providing them with the product knowledge and sales skills necessary to meet productivity goals and luxury service standards.
This positions unique responsibilities will include but are not limited to the development of regional strategy, creation of education/training materials, conducting education/training sessions, leading in-store Events and providing the Field with relevant information and tools. This person take action under the direct supervision of the Marketing Director and will work collaboratively with other members of the local Perfume Teams and/or Global Training Department members.
Essential duties and requirements:
• Create the Annual Education and Strategy, in alignment with Americas Regional goals and objectives
• Develop ad-hoc Training Tools and Learning Modules to support our front-line sales team to achieve sell-out goals
• Oversee management and development of Education (Training) Manager
• Concept and lead execution of in-store eventing opportunities leading top-tier event execution and delivering sell-out goal
• Partner with Local Leadership on large-scale PR + Influencer Event creation and execution, on an ad-hoc basis
• Lead Local Train-the-Trainer activities for the Bvlgari Americas Field Team as well as Americas Regional Distributor Training Managers, ensuring alignment to brand strategy and messaging
• Act as a mentor to Bulgari Brand Ambassaodrs to help achieve monthly sales plan for High-End Segment and recommend methods to boost sales
• Ensure Best-in-Class Mystery Shop results on par with Global Averages for Key Success Indicators by developing specific training protocols
• Track Field Sales Team engagement in Educational opportunities, partnering with Field Team Leadership to develop plans to support under-performing team members
•Adapt, manage and maintain all training assets from Head Office to ensure best fit for Americas needs
•Ensure fragrance training team deliver effective trainings and maximize their positive impact on the business
•Responsible for the talent development strategy of Bulgari Field Team training + coaching skills
•Manage and direct programs focusing on sales, service, and customer experience to measure performance
KEY COMPETENCIES:
• 5+ experience in training in a luxury brand or in a similar capacity
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task and work independently
• Retail and wholesale experience preferred/required
• Knowledge of luxury fragrance market required
• Passionate about the beauty business
• Demonstrated written, verbal, facilitation and presentation skills
• Demonstrated coaching skills and facilitation within Luxury environment
• High knowledge of Power point, Word and excel
• Team player
Salary range for this position is $110,000-$130,000 and Bonus.
