Who you are:
The Marketing & Events Manager is vital to our brand and supports the Marketing Director in achieving business goals and operational objectives. The Marketing & Events Manager is responsible for supporting and implementing Marketing functions for North America.
What You’ll Do:
- In collaboration with the Marketing Director for North America develop and execute a commercial marketing strategy across the wholesale channel including but not limited to in-store events, VIC experiences, brand partnership opportunities, and digital and print co-op marketing.
- Partner with internal and external business partners to identify market specific opportunities and strategies for client activations.
- Cultivate, foster, and manage key relationships important to overall business growth, awareness and brand perception.
- Support and maintain North American Marketing calendar inclusive of events, trunk shows, VIP appointments, advertising, and creative asset development. Maintain joint events calendar across PR, retail, wholesale, and concession channels.
- Event Planning and Management, support with event planning including but not limited to requesting quotes from vendors, organizing event logistics, overseeing execution on-site, and compiling recap reports for North American corporate and Italian Headquarter offices.
- Support broader institutional marketing and communication initiatives including but not limited to showroom events and appointments, in-store events, and other brand events.
- Monitor seasonal print and digital co-op advertising campaigns for major and specialty accounts on a weekly basis. Report on seasonal programs including YOY program analysis, ROI, and KPI tracking. Assist in end-to-end planning and trafficking of seasonal creative content from pre- to post-production between internal teams and external partners.
- Support with budget forecasting and actualizing on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for finance functions in North American corporate and Italian Headquarter offices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required, Marketing or Communications degree preferred
- Approximately 4-5 years of Marketing experience, retail and/or luxury industry preferred
- Experience in strategizing, developing and delivering upon Marketing strategies to meet company objectives
- Possesses existing working relationships with Wholesale partners a plus
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with internal departments and external partners
- Proficient in MS Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlooks, Teams)
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) a plus
- Ability to travel domestically on a seasonal basis
- Strong affinity for Brunello Cucinelli brand and philosophy
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively to deliver timely and impactful results
- Thrive on working collaboratively with team members across the company in a growing and entrepreneurial team environment
- Adaptable and comfortable with change. Ability to seek feedback and seek other points-of-view while maintaining confident direction
- Convey positive can-do attitude towards tackling problems

As required by New York City salary transparency $100,000-$110,000. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
