Marketing Project Coordinator to support our Corporate Marketing team in Fort Worth.
Responsibilities
WHAT YOU’LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE
We're seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator who will manage projects related to marketing campaigns, initiatives, and strategies. In this role, you'll coordinate operations for a team of 15+ colleagues, in addition to owning and managing projects that will impact multiple departments and key strategic initiatives.
This position will work cross-functionally with other critical marketing and corporate functions to ensure projects are completed according to plan at the highest quality. Additionally, the Marketing Project Coordinator will manage the technical aspects of all marketing systems and processes, including redefining, creating, and implementing new strategies to ensure the department operates efficiently and effectively.
You will also track, analyze, and summarize department data to ensure the department is meeting benchmarks and continuously improving.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Project Management: Manage the full scope of projects supporting Marketing campaigns, strategies, initiatives, and creative work from planning to completion.
- Create reports summarizing project status, roadblocks, and priority to Marketing leadership to ensure projects are completed on time and at the highest quality.
- Manage creative marketing projects from start to finish, utilizing tools like Asana, Ziflow and Gather Content.
- This position will be the first point of contact for all teams, both internal and external, when operating departments need creative services.
- Process Excellence: Analyze, design, and implement scalable processes to ensure efficient and effective execution of cross-functional work impacting the Marketing department.
- Work cross-functionally to understand and map existing processes to ensure all requirements are documented and met prior to implementing change.
- Coordinate and support change management activities related to process redesign and implementation.
- Continuous Improvement: Support the Marketing Operations Manager in building tools and summarizing data to monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of the Marketing department.
- Provide actionable recommendations to resolve bottlenecks and other operational challenges.
Qualifications
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- Experience: 1-3 years of project management or marketing experience, ideally in a creative or agency setting.
- Organized: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communicative: Clear and effective communicator, comfortable working with various teams and stakeholders.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office and familiar with project management tools like Asana a plus.
- Adaptable: Able to work independently and adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
