Although we are remote, team members are expected to be available online and working during regular business hours in your time zone.

What We’re Looking For:
Our Dream Team Member:
- 8-10 years managing social media strategy, community management and content creation across social platforms for CPG companies
- Minimum 5 years of regent experience working across social media at an agency
- Regular users of all social media platforms, with a strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube
- Experience in new business presentations and extensive client conversations ideally in an agency environment
- Understands the benefits of influencer marketing and how to integrate influencer content into an organic and paid social strategy
- Knowledge of boosting and allowlisting in paid social
- Has a clear understanding of how social media ties into a bigger marketing plan and looks to ensure it is integrated whether the integrated team is internal of external
- Up to date with pop culture and trends and can regularly converse about these topics
- Teaching others and in turn, learning, is equally important for them
- Resourceful, committed, and deliberate
- Shares in brainstorms and isn’t afraid to come up with and try new ideas while encouraging others to speak up
- Wants to be a part of a small but strong and mighty team
- Has experience managing a team, setting goals for the team and helping the team achieve those goals

Job Description:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for all client social media needs, overseeing a digital content coordinator and manager
- Maintain ultimate responsibility for quality execution and delivery against client expectations
- Stay up to speed on industry best practices and serve as the agency’s social media thought leader
- Work with PR, paid media and paid influencer teams to create a full integrated marketing campaign for clients
- Hands-on approach to social media management while refining overarching strategy including the development of specific plans to support growth goals
- Make recommendations for post-boosting budgets, gain client approval, implement post-boosting, track boosting budgets, work with accounting to ensure invoicing amounts are paid, and reconcile budgets with clients
- Leverage social listening to inform ongoing development of strategy
- Support the process of pitching clients and new business leads on paid social media ad campaigns, including the development of timelines, budgets, and projected results
- Lead the implementation of specific client programs and campaigns
- Set KPIs and analyze monthly, quarterly and yearly results
- Develops persuasive summary and recommendation documents for presentation to clients
- Thoughtful about communications internally and externally
- Creative, passionate, and strategic in helping clients increase brand awareness and sales
- Acts as the main point of contact on multiple accounts and communicates clearly, effectively, and confidently via Zoom and email
- Enjoys an ever-evolving, fast-paced job, switching gears when needed and prioritizing our workload
- Manage and execute against client budgets
