Key Responsibilities
- Formulate, execute, and oversee a comprehensive social media strategy.
- Identify and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess social media effectiveness.
- Generate, manage, and curate captivating social media content.
- Evaluate and report on the outcomes of each social media campaign.
- Remain updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media.
- Partner with copywriters and designers to guarantee that content is informative and visually compelling.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams to synchronize efforts.
- Foster and maintain relationships with industry professionals and influencers through social media.
- Provide insightful feedback to enhance our social media initiatives.
Required Skills
- Demonstrated experience as a Social Media Manager or in a comparable role.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, and Google+.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and web traffic analytics.
- Experience in conducting audience and buyer persona research.
- Strong grasp of social media KPIs.
- Knowledge of web design and content management.
- Exceptional multitasking and time-management capabilities.
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
