About The Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as the US Head of Marketing at Recite Me. In this position, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise and insights to bring our cutting-edge accessibility software solutions to new and expanding markets across the United States.
As the US Head of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our strategic direction and driving revenue growth through effective marketing strategies. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing globally aligned, revenue-driven marketing plans that are tailored to the local market. By providing strategic guidance and leadership, you will ensure the successful implementation of these plans.

Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead, grow, and manage the US marketing team, while coaching and developing team members for long-term organizational success
- Develop, execute, and manage marketing inbound strategies, campaigns, and tactics at a regional and local level with the goals to attract, acquire, and activate prospects, including buyers, partners, and end-users to drive lead qualification and revenue growth
- Understand and optimize the complete front of the funnel through demand generation to accelerate leads and conversions
- Design and execution support of paid and earned campaigns including, but not limited to, paid social, SEM, account-based marketing, retargeting, and content syndication
- Partner with the US Sales team to devise & implement a scalable and effective end-to-end lead-generation process with clear revenue goals
- Support sales planning, and account prioritization and ensure sales and marketing alignment
- Consult with internal and external experts to validate and optimize brand strategies and tactics that support regional and local objectives to strengthen the Company's brand position in the region
- Analyze and optimize marketing strategies and performance through CRM & Web analytical data. To determine ROI and inform future planning with a focus on local pipe generation. Report findings and recommendations to marketing and region leadership
- Accountable for win/loss analysis and maintaining competitive landscape for regional competitors, as well as developing and maintaining buyer experience and buyer personas for assigned geographies
- Take leadership in data-based growth experimentation: build A/B testing programs for landing pages, conversions, forms, and campaigns
- Own the marketing budget and allocate funds strategically across various marketing initiatives, campaigns, and channels to ensure that it is spent effectively and generates the maximum possible growth
Requirements
- Strong background in designing and building strategic growth campaigns in a tech/SaaS company
- Previous experience working in an early-stage company and in a high-growth environment with quick iteration and turnaround time on projects
- Proven experience aligning marketing and sales teams
- Excellent problem-solving, project prioritization skills, and attention to details
- Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and execute multiple activities/projects simultaneously
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide strategic insights
- Strong analytical & refinement skills
- Experienced in using CRM (HubSpot) to drive marketing efforts including campaigns, landing pages, workflows, audience lists and reporting
- Experienced working with internal and external stakeholders
- Able to be flexible and agile in responding to evolving business priorities and dealing with ambiguity
- Must be a self-starter who works well on diverse and blended teams
Essential
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in marketing inclusive of 4 years in a regional marketing capacity with a high-growth SaaS environment
- Strong leadership skills with 4+ years of management experience leading and coaching talent
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, autonomous, rapidly changing environment with experience in leading from the front to drive growth and change
- Proven track record creating and developing marketing campaigns for B2B products and solutions that drive exceptional results
- Highly collaborative, thriving in a strong team environment with strong Influence and Presentation skills
- Excellent organization and communication skills
Location
Hybrid working set-up. Remote 2 days per week and 3 days in the office. (Reston, VA)
