Full-time Creative Manager at
Outreach Central Office to contribute to internal and external communication projects, particularly through graphic design and digital media.

Responsibilities
- The Creative Manager will report to the Senior Marketing Officer and contribute to the 3-member marketing and communications team.
- The Creative Manager is responsible for developing creative media & graphic design, executing internal and external communication strategies and producing live events.
- The Creative manager will blend graphic design with a passion for contributing creative ideas and solutions for various projects.
- The Creative Manager will collaborate across departments to communicate compelling visual stories.
- The Creative Manager will execute brand initiatives and is critical in helping to curate innovative and creative content to expand organizational reach and deepen mission impact.
- As a brand champion, the Creative Manager will influence the voice of Outreach and its story.
Qualifications
- BA/BS in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in non-profit setting, ideally within a creative or graphic design role. Strong creative vision with an understanding of ministry objectives.
- Experience with integrated content across multiple channels.
- Basic understanding of branding, digital content creation, and live event production.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with video and multimedia tools.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with a willingness to learn and contribute to projects of all sizes.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
