We're looking to add a Digital Marketing Coordinator to the Amex GBT Partner Solutions marketing team. If you're passionate about luxury travel, making connections, working with others, and providing an elite experience for our customers, you might be perfect for our team.
This role will be responsible for handling marketing efforts related to Amex GBT’s travel agency network, Amex GBT Partner Solutions. Activities will focus on engaging prospective independent travel advisors, our current advisors, luxury travelers, and the overall luxury travel industry. This is a great opportunity to take a creative role in the development of our digital marketing programs.
The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic, upbeat, and driven individual. We are looking for someone who has experience with copywriting and social media, and balancing various types of projects at one time, all while handling many different internal and external partners.
What You’ll Do:
- Social Media Management:
- Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies across various platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Attend and share social media updates at community and industry events, gathering key moments to engage our audience and highlight our presence in the luxury travel industry.
- Schedule and monitor posts, responding to followers and engaging in relevant accounts.
- Track and report on social media metrics to advise future directions.
- Website Content Development & Blogging:
- Collaborate and conduct topic research with independent travel advisors to gather insights, industry trends, and client-focused information for blog content.
- Write and edit blog posts, ensuring content aligns with SEO standard methodologies and brand voice.
- Support overall site copy and content to make sure site is up to date.
- Provide regular performance reports on site and blog initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal collaborators and partners to develop marketing content to share with independent travel advisors.
- Communications and Email Campaign Management:
- Support with independent advisor communications via town hall's, portal, or via email.
- Be responsible for existing email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, content modifications, and scheduling with marketing ops team.
- Optimize existing email campaigns by keeping the copy up-to-date and relevant to our ever-evolving value proposition.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Effectively collaborate with senior partners and cross-functional teams to support delivery of larger initiatives. Collaborate with external supplier and partner collaborators in a professional manner.

What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business management, communications, or related field.
- 1+ years of social media and copywriting experience.
- Experience in travel, hospitality or service industries is a plus.
- Excellent presentation design skills and ability to communicate via Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated individual with a strong sense of design and a creative approach to problem-solving and storytelling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, listens actively and effectively conveys information.
- Ability to adapt and thrive through changing processes, priorities, and needs.
- Comfortability with global remote teams and time zones.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Shown success working with all levels of management.

Location
New York, United States
The US national annual base salary range for this position is from $46,000 to $93,000. The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
