Assistant Brand Manager to join their team!
Salary/Hourly Rate

Position Overview
The Assistant Brand Manager will lead innovation, communication, and strategy projects across portfolios of brands. This Assistant Brand Manager role requires a passion for marketing, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment. The position is temporary, covering maternity leave through July.
Responsibilities Of The Assistant Brand Manager
- Develop and manage the innovation pipeline with cross-functional teams, ensuring packaging, product, and customer requirements are met on time and in full across a complex global supply chain
- Lead consumer research in partnership with the Insights team to validate product concepts and communication assets
- Collaborate closely with the operations marketing team to ensure flawless market execution
- Write and develop purpose-driven communication briefs for creative agencies, leading the development of final assets
- Manage a complex portfolio with multiple product formats, manufacturing sites, and co-branded/licensed products
- Oversee day-to-day activities, including: Budget management and invoice processing; and Market analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities
Qualifications For The Assistant Brand Manager
- 3+ years of marketing experience, with exposure to innovation development
- Proven ability to think both creatively and strategically with strong business acumen
- Exceptional project management skills with a bias for action and problem-solving mindset
- Experience working with creative agencies, media partners, and various customer channels
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce
- Ability to analyze and leverage data to inform strategic decision-making
- Passion for iconic brands and delivering impactful results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a compelling, clear delivery
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field is required
