As we aim to triple our customer acquisition in 2025, we're seeking a talented and driven Director of Digital Marketing to lead our growth marketing programs. Role Summary:
As the Director of Digital Marketing, you will report to the Head of Growth and play a pivotal role in shaping our growth strategy. You’ll oversee the performance of key digital channels, optimize promotional campaigns, and enhance brand positioning. This role requires a mix of strategic planning and hands-on execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams in Product, Finance, and Operations to meet company objectives. This is a hybrid position, with the expectation of working out of our New York City office three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
What You’ll Do:
Growth Infrastructure:
- Own and deliver weekly channel-level performance reporting, providing insights into key drivers, highlighting key trends, inflection points, and recommendations for continued growth
- Manage the promotional calendar, including campaign implementation and analytics
- Refine brand messaging through RTBs (Reasons to Believe) and proof points to improve performance
- Construct accurate forecasts based on budgets, company goals, and trending performance metrics, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Analyze performance drivers at a granular level, surfacing actionable insights to improve campaign performance regularly
- Deeply understand the client journey and unique needs of all relevant Alan Health audiences to refine messaging and enhance customer experience
Channel Management:
- Lead the performance of key digital marketing channels, including Meta, Google (search, shopping, YouTube), and more
- Oversee both media buying and creative development to maximize ROI and align with brand guidelines
What You Bring:
Must-Haves:
- 5-7+ years of experience in marketing teams within a direct-to-consumer (D2C) setting
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in D2C marketing metrics, measurement, and attribution
- A keen eye for creative strategy and the ability to guide partners in producing high-performing ads
- Ability to balance strategic planning (goal setting, forecasting, financial planning) with campaign execution
Should-Haves:
- Hands-on experience in managing performance at the channel level for 1+ digital marketing channels
- Prior in-house experience at a growth-stage startup
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in the healthcare industry
- Background in conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- NYC-based

Compensation:
The base salary range for this position is $125,000-$160,000 annually.
We have a market-based compensation structure. The salary for this position may vary based on a candidate's experience, industry expertise, technical skills, and location.
