As a Marketing & Brand Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence and drive customer engagement. Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors, you will manage social media campaigns, oversee branding initiatives, and support community engagement efforts. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
The Marketing & Brand Specialist is a Support Team role based out of our Corporate Office in Norcross, GA in the metro Atlanta area. Our Corporate Office Support Team consists of 300+ Associates who are committed to supporting our Operations Team as they proudly serve and create memorable experiences for our Customers. What you'll do:
- Develop, implement, and monitor social media content aligned with company goals. Create and publish engaging content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, Threads, TikTok, Google, and Apple Business
- Community Engagement: Monitor and engage with our online community to foster brand loyalty among Customers and Associates
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to increase brand awareness and drive user engagement
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key social media metrics to provide insights towards future initiatives and reports
- Research new social platforms, tools and trends
- Manage SEO relationships, update unit information on website locators, and respond to customer reviews
- Ensure proper usage of branding and trademarks internally and externally, and handle infringement paperwork to maintain brand integrity
- Work with vendors on branded apparel and employee promotional catalogs
- Collaborate with the Communications team to align internal and external branding strategies
- Plan and execute promotions to grow brand presence and support positive restaurant sales
- Support branding and community events and assist senior operations managers with local sales-building initiatives
- Address customer and operations team inquiries to ensure satisfaction

Experience/Educational Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in marketing or a related role preferred
- Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing tools (e.g., Sprinklr, RenderSEO, MailChimp, Shopify)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Experience with photography or video production
- Experience in the restaurant or food industry is a plus
