About the Role
The Senior Director / VP Head of US Marketing is a key member of our Commercial Leadership Team (CLT) and plays a critical role in leading the US Marketing strategy, tactical execution, marketing operations, and global life cycle management plans for Y-mAbs Therapeutics in high-risk Neuroblastoma. This position reports to the Chief Commercial Officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the US Marketing Department, which includes HCP marketing, caregiver marketing, marketing operations, and a field-based Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) team.
- Lead the brand planning process, championing collaborative planning, alignment, approval, execution, measurement, and ongoing refinement of product marketing strategies.
- Lead commercial input into global HR-NB workstreams and initiatives, including life cycle management planning and reporting.
- Serve as commercial point of contact for global commercial alliance partners.
- Oversee productive external relationships with agencies of record and other external vendor partners critical to brand and corporate success.
- Oversee TLL development and execution of KOL and congress engagement plan.
- Partner with corporate advocacy to support caregiver education and outreach.
- Cultivate a culture that inspires excellence, agility, innovation, integrity, and respect
- Collaborate with Commercial Insights & Analytics to develop and deliver product forecast.
- Lead the commercial strategy for future launch products in the Oncology portfolio, including market development, pre-launch planning excellence, and successful, timely launch kick off with full complement of strategically driven programs on time and on budget.
- Provide coherent plans and updates for board and senior management.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree plus 10+ years of Marketing oncology experience.
- Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical leadership in oncology, rare disease.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience leading teams.
- Track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
- Inspirational leadership style with the ability to motivate and encourage.
- Thorough understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Ability to lead and facilitate teamwork with an innovative mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate robust cross-functional relationships.
- In-depth understanding of U.S. oncology payer and market access dynamics.
This role will be based in Princeton, New Jersey with a hybrid working pattern and up to 25% travel for congresses, customer meetings, and internal meetings.
