They are currently searching for a Staff Security Architect to join their Information Security team. The Staff Security Architect will own standards and guidelines around AppSec and drive collaboration with teams globally.

Requirements
- 10 years of business experience in planning, organizing, and developing Infrastructure and Cyber / Information Security Operations related capabilities
- Experience with GDPR, HIPAA, ISO27001, PCI-DSS, or NIST CSF
- Experience designing and deploying solutions in cloud
- Excellent and professional communication skills (written and verbal) with an ability to articulate complex topics in a clear and concise manner
- Expert level technical acumen, including the ability to understand the customer or partner IT landscape, identify opportunities and overcome any technical obstacles
- Expert understanding of network and web related protocols (such as TCP/IP, HTTP, etc.)
- Experience with SDLC, Secure by Design, application development and infrastructure
Responsibilities
- Develop strategies and operations to improve win rates for discovering, articulating, and demonstrating solutions to deliver on specific customer requirements and desired business outcomes
- Identify and lead initiatives and programs to scale the organization and its operations for future growth
- Partner with internal teams to align on overall strategy and priorities and provide support for specific prospects, customers, and partners
- Drive the capabilities of an enterprise transformation, ensuring security is done holistically and in everything we do, and that the infrastructure is flexible, efficient, reliable, and secure
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Services teams to provide feedback to improve products, services, and value messaging
- Establish an enterprise-wide process to evaluate security tools & vendors, maintain a catalog of approved and preferred tools, and assist business divisions with tool rationalization where feasible
