We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Director of Strategic Alliances to join our team. In this critical role, you will identify and engage with decision-makers at leading technology vendors, creating sustainable and value-driven partnerships in the cyber security sector.
Your responsibilities will include developing strategies to identify and qualify potential partners across various technology verticals, tailoring value propositions based on Promon's portfolio, and leveraging your extensive network to streamline the partnership process. This role is essential in expanding our market reach and strengthening our alliances with major industry players. Your Role and Impact:
- Channel Strategy Development: Design and execute US channel strategy that aligns with Promon's business goals and growth objectives.
- Partner Revenue Management: Drive partner revenue growth through effective management and optimization of channel relationships.
- Partner Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners to expand our channel ecosystem.
- Partner Marketing: Collaborate with marketing teams to create and implement marketing campaigns and materials that support partner engagement and revenue generation.
- Partner Enablement: Develop and deliver training programs and resources that equip partners with the tools and knowledge to successfully sell Promon's solutions.
- Partner Programs: Create and manage partner programs that incentivize and reward performance while fostering strong relationships.
- Collaboration: Work closely with alliance and integration teams to align go-to-market strategies, ensuring seamless execution across marketing and sales.
- Performance Tracking: Establish metrics to assess partner performance, providing insights to enhance strategies and execution.
Highly Relevant Skills & Experiences
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel management, strategic partnership selling, or a related field, in the technology segment, preferably within the cyber security industry.
- Strong understanding of the technology and cyber security landscape and key industry players.
- Proven success in identifying, securing, and managing strategic partnerships, with strong negotiation and deal-making skills.
- Exceptional analytical, research, and strategic thinking abilities, enabling effective performance in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to influence and build credibility with senior executives, paired with strong organizational and independent working capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Travel: Up to 25%
Reporting to: VP Sales U.S. This role will be collaborating with team members in the U.S., as well as extended global teams.
💰Compensation: OTE $200,000-$260,000 - depending on several factors, including but not limited to, location, skills and experience - offer may vary from the range listed.
