Specific Responsibilities Would Include
The Senior Director, Marketing and Creative will oversee three core pillars: Integrated Marketing and Operations, Brand Creative, and Brand Positioning. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise who can guide both the operational and creative elements of the brand’s marketing. Reporting to the VP Digital & Marketing, this position will play a central role in aligning Jennifer Fisher’s marketing efforts with product launches and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Integrated Marketing and Operations
- Calendar & Milestone Management: Own the go-to-market and go-to-consumer calendars, coordinating cross-functional milestones to ensure timely execution of seasonal wholesale markets and DTC product launches.
- Product Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute full funnel product marketing strategies that support new products and seasonal launches across all channels.
- Campaign Planning and Execution: Lead content development strategy, from planning to execution, ensuring brand consistency and maximizing engagement in all channels.
- Budget Oversight: Manage marketing opex, optimizing resource allocation across campaigns, project milestones, and creative initiatives to meet business goals.
- Brand Creative
- Creative Vision and Execution: Collaborate closely with the Chief Brand Officer to define the seasonal “look and feel” that reflects the brand’s evolving vision and aligns with key product and marketing objectives. Shape and maintain Jennifer Fisher’s visual identity, ensuring an aspirational and cohesive aesthetic across all creative outputs.
- Art Direction, End-to-End Creative Production: Oversee creative production for all assets. Identify and secure external partners, including casting talent, photographers, stylists, and other creative vendors, ensuring high-quality execution.
- Team Leadership and Partner Management: Mentor and guide internal creative and marketing talent to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
- Brand Voice and Positioning
- Define and Evolve Brand Voice: Own the brand’s voice and messaging strategy, crafting clear, compelling, and consistent language that resonates with our audience across all touchpoints.
- Content Creation and Editorial Oversight: Direct the creation of copy for campaigns, product descriptions, email marketing, and website content, maintaining alignment with the brand’s tone and positioning.
Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years in marketing and creative roles, ideally with experience in both art direction/creative direction and integrated marketing. Experience in a small creative marketing organization is a plus.
- Strategic and Operational Expertise: Proven track record in managing go-to-market and go-to-consumer calendars, cross-functional milestones, and product marketing strategies.
- Creative Excellence and Brand Sensitivity: Strong aesthetic sensibility and an eye for detail in both visual and verbal brand expression.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong grasp of brand positioning and storytelling.

Salary Range: $160,000-175,000

Our job postings include an annual base salary range at the time of employment. The stated base salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on several factors, including the selected candidate's educational and professional experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the selection process. Base salary is a part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, annual bonus and other Centric Brands sponsored benefit programs.
