Role DescriptionMUTHA is seeking a Global Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in our fast-growth journey. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to shape 360° marketing strategies, drive product innovation, and contribute to global business development. As a cosmetics and skincare expert, you’ll work closely with Marketing, Communications, Sales, and Operations to elevate MUTHA’s brand and products with a digital-first, consumer-driven approach.

The Global Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing global campaigns, analyzing market trends, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and overseeing brand positioning and messaging.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Strategy
- Lead omnichannel 360° global marketing initiatives alongside the VP of Sales and Marketing.
- Develop marketing strategies based on consumer insights, social listening, and sales/CRM data.
- Create detailed 12–18 month marketing calendars for D2C and retail channels, focusing on hero products, new launches, and seasonal opportunities.
- Develop creative marketing campaigns and storytelling communications that highlight MUTHA’s unique selling points.
- Evaluate past and present initiatives to generate innovative, optimized strategies for future success.
- Anticipate trends and deliver solutions for short-, mid-, and long-term brand wins.
- Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure campaigns are executed on time and with precision.
- Oversee online content development for paid media, organic social, website, email, and SMS.
Retail Support
- Partner with retail teams to provide product education, updates, and marketing roadmaps.
- Collaborate on promotional and trade-marketing strategies to drive retail success.
- Ensure seamless execution of retail initiatives, including creative assets and product bundles.
Product Development
- Conduct research to build business cases for new product development and ideation.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with product development teams to plan safety, clinical, and consumer testing trials.
- Work with cross-functional teams on packaging development and product evaluation.
