Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented social marketing manager to support our social media presence across Threads and Instagram. This role will focus on advancing AI/RL narratives around innovation, engaging audiences through trending content, and managing editorial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate creative ideas for social content and identify trending opportunities on social platforms.
- Coordinate and manage international content approvals, ensuring compliance with correct approval chains.
- Provide first-line feedback on social strategies based on expertise and platform knowledge.
- Manage tactical tasks such as editorial calendar creation, global content reviews, and approval workflows.
- Lead marketing operations, including team recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance reviews.
- Contribute to strategic planning by providing actionable marketing insights and recommendations.
- Manage marketing budgets, forecast requirements, and oversee financial objectives.
- Identify opportunities to enhance product marketability and profitability.
- Collect, analyze, and summarize data to inform marketing strategies.
Must-Have Skills:
- A portfolio showcasing creative social media work.
- Hands-on experience managing social content for brands.
- Expertise in cross-functional (XFN) coordination and scaling social initiatives.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Experience as a social media content creator.

Educational Requirements:
