Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Marketing Director to lead and execute all marketing strategies to drive brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wellness and beauty, a deep understanding of the luxury market, and a proven track record of delivery and execution of impactful brand strategy at the highest levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Design and implement comprehensive marketing plans to support business goals, including increasing brand awareness, driving bookings, and expanding our customer base.
- Social Media Management: Ideate content creation, scheduling, and engagement for all social media platforms, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand voice.
- Influencer Partnerships: Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with influencers to promote Spencer's through authentic collaborations and events.
- Experiential Events: Plan and execute innovative events that showcase Spencer's offerings, enhance community engagement, and attract media attention.
- Digital Marketing: Lead website marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and promotions to optimize online presence and drive traffic.
- VIP Guest Services Program: Oversee the VIP program, ensuring premium clients receive personalized communication, exclusive offers, and unparalleled service to deepen loyalty and satisfaction.
- Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency across all channels and materials, ensuring alignment with our luxury and wellness positioning.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of campaigns, providing regular reports and actionable insights to adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Operations and Customer Experience, to ensure cohesive messaging and support for key business objectives.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in creating and executing multi-channel marketing strategies in the luxury, beauty, or wellness industries. Applicants will be required to submit case studies.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders, influencers, and team members.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
