We are hiring a Channel Marketing Leader, US to join our Marketing team.
Reporting to: Director of Global Field and Channel Marketing
Location: NY Metro (Hybrid)
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and execute a global field and channel marketing strategy aligned with corporate objectives, tailored to meet the unique needs of regional markets across all major global territories.
- Channel Partner Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with key channel partners worldwide, supporting them in driving cybersecurity solution adoption and sales.
- Field Marketing Operations: Oversee and lead field marketing initiatives across regions, including local events, webinars, and digital programs, to generate demand and elevate brand visibility.
- Event Management: Own and manage AlgoSec’s presence at industry events within the cybersecurity domain, as well as AlgoSec-sponsored events. Coordinate event strategy, execution, and post-event analysis to ensure maximum impact and engagement.
- Global Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of field and channel marketing professionals across regions, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Campaign Management: Collaborate with AlgoSec’s Marketing team to adapt and localize global campaigns, maximizing their impact in various regions.
- Performance Metrics & Reporting: Establish KPIs, measure program effectiveness, and use data insights to continuously enhance partner engagement, event ROI, and overall marketing impact.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and other teams to ensure alignment and optimize the reach of field, partner, and event marketing efforts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in field or channel marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in developing and executing successful global partner marketing programs, preferably within the technology or cybersecurity sectors.
- Experience with event planning and execution in the B2B and/or cybersecurity industry.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales channels, partner ecosystems, and go-to-market strategies.
- Experience managing a global team and effectively leading in a matrixed organization.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
Advantages:
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
A reasonable estimate of the OTE for this role, at the time of posting, is $160,000 - $180,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skill set, experience, location, training, and certifications. If your requirements fall outside of this range, you are still encouraged to apply.
