You'll work closely with both internal and external teams to develop and execute social media strategies that drive results for our clients.

What You'll Be Doing / Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies for Think Bright Marketing clients
Coordinate editorial calendars, creative assets, approvals, and moderation of social channels
Collaborate with teams to create engaging content (articles, graphics, posts, videos)
Track and analyze social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices

Qualifications

US and Houston area-based applicants only
1-3 years of relevant social media experience in a professional setting
Familiarity with online marketing strategies and channels
Fluency in major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google My Business, YouTube) and best practices
Experience with social analytics tools (e.g., FB Insights, YouTube Analytics) is a plus
Strong multitasking and analytical skills
Ability to adapt to emerging digital trends
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus
