Job Overview:

As a Creative Coordinator , you will assist the creative team in producing visually compelling content,

manage various administrative tasks, and support production logistics. Your role will involve a balance of

creative design, project management, and administrative work. This role needs to be comfortable working

with tight deadlines, handling multiple projects simultaneously, and personable communication skills. This

role will have the opportunity to be involved in both the creative and philanthropic aspects of our work.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about creativity, philanthropy, and the

entertainment/advertising industry, with a drive to make an impact. You'll work closely with directors,

writers, production teams, advertising agencies, and have direct involvement in the creative process, from

concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

● Assist in coordinating calls and sit/participate in meetings across our commercial division and our

film and television division.

● Participate in creative calls/show enthusiasm for our growing film and television department

● Assist in creating creative pitch decks and Treatments using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign,

Photoshop, Illustrator).

● Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines and deliverables are met.

● Work closely with directors and production teams to help organize pre-production materials and

assist during production shoots.

● Support the coordination of schedules, assets, and logistics for shoots and creative meetings.

● Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm creative concepts, offering input and solutions

where needed.

● Communicate effectively across departments, managing relationships with directors, production,

and external partners.

● Assist in preparing and organizing materials for client presentations, pitches, and philanthropic

campaigns.

● Stay up-to-date on industry trends, design techniques, and advertising campaigns, ensuring our

work remains innovative and fresh.

● Ensure the smooth flow of materials and information throughout the creative and production

processes.

● Be a positive, proactive presence in the office and within awarded jobs, maintaining enthusiasm

and professionalism.

Qualifications:

● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).

● Strong passion for creativity, with a keen eye for design and detail.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a variety

of teams.

● Ability to manage tight deadlines and work under pressure while maintaining quality and attention

to detail.

● A proven ability to multitask and juggle multiple projects without sacrificing accuracy or efficiency.

● Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic

environment.

● A passion for philanthropy and social impact, with a desire to contribute to projects that make a

difference.

● Prior experience in creative production, project coordination, or administrative support is a plus,

but not required.

● A proactive and positive attitude, with a strong work ethic and enthusiasm for being part of a

team.

● Previous experience in entertainment, advertising, or the creative industries is a plus.
