Fractional Acquisition Lead – High-End Residential Services

Location: Remote (local, affluent-market experience preferred)

We operate a premium, owner-operator–led residential services business in an affluent coastal market (Hamptons/ North Fork) . Growth is intentional and selective.

We are seeking an experienced fractional acquisition lead to sharpen residential customer acquisition and conversion. This is a focused, judgment-driven role — not a branding or social media position.

Scope (deliberately narrow)

Residential customer acquisition via local, high-intent channels
Google search capture (intent alignment, structure, negatives — not volume buying)
Remarketing logic (what should exist, what should not)
Website optimization for conversion (clarity, structure, friction removal — not redesign)
Messaging and copy refinement (direct mail, website, search ads)
Channel prioritization with clear ROI discipline

No social media.

No branding initiatives.

No content calendars.

No agency work.
