Responsibilities

  • Develop webinar and virtual event processes
  • Partner with leadership to formulate a long-term vision and strategy for virtual experiences
  • Coordinate and execute webinars and other virtual events focusing on sponsors, sales enablement, and customer engagement
  • Work with internal marketing teams to define messaging and content for events
  • Collaborate with the Communications team to ensure on-brand event execution
  • Partner with the Marketing Operations team to execute, report on, and optimize event success
  • Educate Sales and Customer Success teams on all events, providing detailed instructions for promotion, execution, and follow-up
  • Create custom Salesforce reports to track event metrics
  • Coordinate aspects of the client’s annual conference
  • Occasionally contribute to broader marketing team initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 0-2+ years of marketing experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Education Requirements Credential Category

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field

Experience Requirements

  • Up to 2 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in event coordination
