The Impact You Will Have

Working with the Brand Experience Director, the Digital Marketing Specialist role will assist with the identification and execution of the digital marketing strategy for the North America lines of business and/or claims and risk consulting functions in alignment with the overall business strategy and plan. The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for the execution of a digital marketing/communications plan that directly supports the NA business goals, and is aligned with the overall AzC value proposition and messaging. This role requires a good understanding of both digital marketing (Mail, social media, website, app , etc) and the business including customer needs, competitive factors, products/capabilities, industry trends, outlooks, etc. to proactively identify and develop digital opportunities and translate into targeted marketing initiatives and activities, working together with the Marketing Account execs. The Digital Marketing Specialist works in close partnership with the rest of the Mar/Comms team to deliver general digital marketing support.

Some of your specific responsibilities could include:

  • Demonstrates a deep understanding of digital marketing and the business by identifying and leveraging customer insights, market data, competitive analysis, product analysis, industry trends and outlooks, etc. to identify and deliver targeted digital marketing/communications initiatives and activities.
  • Help define the value proposition, differentiators, customer experience, etc. at the product/service level within the overall AzC value proposition and align with global brand framework. Actively participate in the development of a digital framework of product/service messaging for marketing, communications and promotional initiatives and activities.
  • Under the direction of the Brand Experience Director, actively identify current and future requirements and develop and implement digital marketing/communications plans that specifically support the AzC NA business goals, while maintaining close relationships, and in collaboration, with the MarComms team and in close partnership with the client. Effectively project manage assigned marketing/communications initiatives.
  • Participate in monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of marketing/communications initiatives and campaigns
  • Provide input in the development of an annual digital budget

What You’ll Bring to the Role

  • 5-7 years experience in strong strategic digital marketing track record with extensive hands-on experience of digital marketing planning and implementation
  • 3-5 years experience in services or B2B background preferred – experience of insurance not essential, although this would be beneficial
  • 5-7 years experience in digital, segment/product or service marketing
  • Bachelor's Degree or postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Communications or a combination of related experience and education
  • Experience in applying artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to improve business processes and decision-making is preferred

The annualized base pay range for this role is $99,464 - $150,291. The annual base salary range represents nationwide market range. The actual salary for this position may be above and will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate. The base pay is just one component of the AzC total compensation package. As part of our comprehensive compensation and highly rated benefits programs, employees are also eligible for annual performance-based cash incentive awards.
