American Robotics is seeking a highly organized, creative, and fast-paced Junior Marketing Manager to support our growing marketing and events operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-energy environments, understands the demands of industry trade shows, and can execute marketing projects from concept to delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support event execution, create marketing collateral, and ensure successful brand representation at conferences, expos, and customer demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities

Trade Shows & Events

  • Coordinate, plan, and execute all logistics for industry trade shows, expos, conferences, and customer demos.
  • Manage booth setup and teardown, ensuring all materials, displays, and equipment arrive on time and are assembled to company standards.
  • Able to serve as on-site support during events, ensuring smooth operation, brand consistency, and high-quality customer engagement. There will be traveling involved with this position.
  • Work with vendors, shipping partners, and internal teams to manage event assets, inventory, and schedules.

Marketing Collateral & Creative Production

  • Design, produce, and update marketing materials including brochures, spec sheets, banners, pitch decks, product one-pagers, and digital assets.
  • Execute brand-aligned visual content using Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, at a high level, and related tools.
  • Edit and format documents, pitch decks, and customer-facing collateral to ensure clarity, consistency, and visual quality.
  • Assist in developing campaign assets for social media, email marketing, and internal communications.

Project & Operations Support

  • Maintain organized project files, design archives, and event inventories.
  • Track project timelines, budgets, and vendor deliverables to ensure on-time execution.
  • Support marketing leadership in creating reports, presentations, and summaries after major events or initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to gather content and support cross-department needs.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, events, or trade show coordination.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop; familiarity with other creative tools and media programs is a plus.
  • Proven experience managing booth setup, teardown, and event logistics.
  • Strong visual design capabilities with an understanding of layout, typography, and brand guidelines.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a high-speed, deadline-driven environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • On-site role only — remote work is not available.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in defense, robotics, technology, or industrial trade shows.
  • Familiarity with print production processes, vendor coordination, and shipping logistics.
  • Basic photography or videography skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM or marketing operations platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
