Apex Industries is seeking driven, goal-oriented individuals to join our expanding team as Sales Executives (Entry Level). This hands-on role is designed for candidates who want to start in B2B sales and advance into sales management, account management, and leadership roles through structured training and mentorship.

What You’ll Do

  • Learn B2B Sales Fundamentals: Engage with local and regional business owners to understand their needs and present tailored solutions
  • Execute Sales Presentations: Conduct professional product overviews and presentations with key decision-makers
  • Support Account Management: Assist with maintaining client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying growth opportunities
  • Develop Leadership Skills: Learn performance tracking, account oversight, and team support alongside experienced managers
  • Collaborate with Management: Work closely with sales leadership to refine strategies and drive team success

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working with business professionals
  • Coachable, ambitious, and motivated to grow into a leadership or management role
  • Goal-driven with a competitive yet team-oriented mindset
  • Professional, reliable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • No prior sales or management experience required — full training provided

Position Details

  • Location: On-site and field-based B2B meetings in the Salt Lake City area
  • Compensation: Base pay plus performance bonuses and uncapped commission
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (business hours)
  • Growth Path: Structured Sales Management Training Program with advancement into Sales Manager, Account Manager, and Leadership roles
