We are looking for an experienced, strategic Senior Marketing Manager to oversee marketing for a prominent enterprise client with a national portfolio of over 10 locations, based primarily out of a prestigious NYC headquarters. This position is ideal for a marketer who thrives in high-end client environments and understands the integration of hospitality, operations, and meticulous execution for optimal experiences.

This role encompasses the entire customer journey, from boardroom to breakroom. The selected candidate will develop and implement insightful, operationally focused marketing strategies that enhance experiences, increase revenue, and meet the anticipations of a discerning clientele. A strong presence in the NYC office is required, accompanied by regular travel to portfolio locations. Please note, this is an in-office or travel-only position.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Customer Experience: Shape the marketing vision throughout the guest journey, ensuring every interaction reflects premium service standards and attention to detail.
  • Marketing and Experience Execution: Drive annual marketing planning for the national portfolio, balancing consistency with local relevance. Collaborate with Culinary to enhance menu storytelling and experiential marketing aligned with operational realities.
  • Cross-Functional Partnerships: Collaborate with Culinary, Operations, and Finance teams to guarantee seamless execution and effective financial stewardship.
  • Insights and Communication: Lead measurement and reporting initiatives to identify trends and growth opportunities. Deliver polished updates to senior stakeholders, utilizing data and feedback for continuous marketing optimization.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in strategic marketing, particularly in hospitality, food service, luxury retail, or complex operations.
  • Experience working with high-end clients who expect rigor, discretion, and excellence.
  • Comprehensive understanding of hospitality operations and guest experiences.
  • Success in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication skills and strong executive presence.
  • 5+ years of experience in people management, cultivating high-performing teams.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic environments requiring real-time problem-solving.

Location and Travel

This role is based in NYC, with a primary presence at the client's headquarters. The position requires in-office work Monday to Friday or travel only, without a remote option. The candidate should expect 50% or more travel to national portfolio locations as required.
