Job Overview

We are seeking a digital strategist and marketing coordinator with at least 3 years of experience to support our growing marketing engine across digital platforms, administrative operations, vendor coordination and on the ground event execution. This role is ideal for a highly organized, creative professional who understands how digital storytelling, operational discipline and community presence work together to build a trusted home services brand.

The position plays a critical role in maintaining brand consistency, supporting campaign execution and ensuring marketing operations run smoothly - from social media management and creative production to vendor payments and trade show support.

Responsibilities

Digital & Social Media Strategy (Home-Services Focused)

  • Manage Archer Exteriors' social media presence with a primary focus on Meta Platforms (Facebook & Instagram) using Meta Business Suite
  • Execute content scheduling, publishing, monitoring and performance tracking across branches and campaigns.
  • Support both organic and paid social initiatives aligned with promotions, community programs and seasonal campaigns.

Creative & Content Execution

  • Design branded social media graphics, evet materials, and promotional assets using Canva and similar tools.
  • Support intermediate-level editing for: Project highlights, Community events, Trade shows and sponsorships, Archer Applause-style testimonials (as assigned)
  • Collaborate on creative concepts tied to home-improvement education, trust-building and community involvement

Marketing Operations & Administration

  • Maintain organized records for: Vendors and Suppliers, Marketing invoices and expenses, Purchase orders and approvals
  • Coordinate vendor payments and support purchasing of: Marketing materials, Event supplies, Promotional and branded merchandise
  • Assist with inventory tracking and internal documentation for budgeting and reporting.

Events, Trade Shows & Community Engagement

  • Support Archer Exteriors' presence at: Trade Shows, Corporate Events, Community and sponsorship activations
  • Assist with pre-event planning, logistics, on site coordination and post event wrap-ups
  • Represent the Archer brand professionally at events, ensuring consistency with our "Company of the Community" ethos

Operational & Administrative Excellence

  • Accurate record-keeping for vendor payments
  • Clean, auditable documentation for marketing expenses and purchases
  • Efficient runaround time for purchase requests and vendor coordination
  • Improved organization of marketing assets and vendor files over time

Events & Community Execution

  • Successful support of scheduled trade shows and community events
  • Timely delivery of event materials and post-event documentation
  • Positive internal feedback from sales, leadership and event partners
  • Increased brand visibility and engagement tied to event-based initiatives

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's in marketing/business Preferred
  • Strong command of written English
  • Proven experience managing social media in a brand of business environment
  • Proficiency with Meta Business Suite
  • Strong creative skills using Canva and similar design tools
  • Intermediate video editing skills (preferred, not required)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and operationally disciplined
  • Comfortable balancing creative work with administrative responsibilities
  • Flexible availability for events, trade shows and community initiatives during some weekends

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
