About the Role

We're seeking an ambitious, and creative individual to join our founding team as a Social Media Marketing Intern. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with our co-founders and gain hands-on experience in every aspect of running a social media agency—from content shoots to client relationships to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Creative Support

  • Assist on-location at client content shoots and productions
  • Support content creation process from concept to final delivery
  • Help brainstorm creative ideas for social media campaigns
  • Assist with photo/video editing and content preparation

Client Relations & Account Management

  • Participate in client meetings and communications
  • Help maintain positive client relationships and respond to inquiries
  • Support account management tasks and project coordination
  • Learn the ins and outs of client service in a creative agency environment

Operations & Organization

  • Manage and maintain team calendar and scheduling
  • Keep projects organized using our project management systems
  • Help improve internal processes and workflows
  • Coordinate logistics for shoots, meetings, and deliverables
  • Maintain organized digital asset libraries and files

Learning & Growth

  • Shadow co-founders in strategic decision-making
  • Gain exposure to social media strategy, content marketing, and business operations
  • Contribute ideas for improving our systems and client offerings

Required Qualifications

Essential

  • Experience managing or supporting social media accounts
  • Strong eye for detail and quality control
  • Basic familiarity with CapCut or similar video editing tools (for light edits only)
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Strong written communication skills (you'll be checking for typos!)
  • Ability to follow creative direction and provide constructive feedback
  • Proactive communication style and team collaboration skills

Preferred

  • Experience coordinating between creative teams
  • Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn best practices
  • Familiarity with project management platforms (Monday.com/Notion)
  • Basic understanding of video editing workflow and terminology
  • Understanding of social media analytics
