Digital Marketing Specialist
Arrow Staffing Inc.Our client is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Temp to support a variety of digital initiatives. This role will sit on the E-Commerce and Digital Marketing team reporting into the Associate Director of Digital Marketing, and support Content Creation, Social Media, Website Projects, SEO, & Email Marketing.
Digital Marketing Responsibilities
· Manage requests from internal team members for new image and video content.
· Source and contract content creators to support image and video content needs for new and updated products and team member requests.
· Through update and manipulation of large Excel spreadsheets, properly organize, tag, and import a high volume of image and video assets into our digital asset management system, Salsify.
· Support Social Media Manager with social media calendar production through new social post ideas and executions.
· Schedule brand social media posts using online scheduling tool. Live schedule social media stories and reposts.
· Utilize our content management system to add new blog articles to our websites and create new landing pages.
· Build and schedule emails in HubSpot to support email marketing.
· Own winner selection and prize fulfillment process.
· Assist with Brand Ambassador program by confirming product sends with Marketing teams, ordering relevant products, and packaging & shipping to Brand Ambassadors.
· Own DigiComm Marketing Menu to provide internal teams with greater visibility into digital and e-commerce channels for supporting brand marketing initiatives.
General Duties & Responsibilities
· Conduct quantitative/qualitative research that guides our brands’ communications and marketing strategies.
· Produce competitive analyses.
· Utilize reporting to demonstrate results of digital marketing efforts to team.
· Provide support to the overall digital team.
Required Skills
· Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
· Minimum 1-3 years of relevant digital marketing experience with focus on content creation, social media, email marketing, SEO, and website content management.
· Experience with social media scheduling platforms, email automation platforms, and content management systems. Experience with HTML a plus.
· Strong self-direction and initiative; willingness to take complete ownership over specific activities while adapting to quick changing shifts in priorities.
· Proficiency using the applications within MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
· Eagerness to test and learn, with a willingness to fail, but the drive to succeed.
· Outstanding problem solving and prioritization skills.
· Demonstrated ability to be agile and adapt.
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence others and drive results through collaboration.
· Ability to thrive in a creative, fast-paced environment that emphasizes excellence and teamwork.

Hours-
Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
Pay-
$25-30/hour

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
