Position Summary
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for maintaining Company creative and strategic digital presence. This role is responsible for developing and executing social media and digital strategies that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and support marketing and business objectives. This includes overseeing email marketing, paid/performance marketing, web content, and all social platform content. Responsibilities are performed in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures. This position will report directly to the VP of Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage content for digital channels including website, email marketing, display advertising, search engine marketing, and social media.
- Being on camera – Engaging with guests or team members in dynamic ways, hosting content, and appearing in stories.
- Lead the strategy and execution of paid digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, partner platforms, programmatic, etc.) to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Produce, shoot, and edit video and photography content for various platforms.
- Research, track and analyze consumer behaviors and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns.
- Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs, list segmentation, automation, and A/B testing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques.
- Responsible for managing all on-property digital signage.
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
- Conceptualize and create bold, original content, while staying up to date on the latest social media trends
- Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and internal teams to amplify brand reach.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Proficient in various analytic tools (i.e., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
- Social media savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trends.
- Must be able to adapt quickly and problem-solve under tight deadlines.
- Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices.
- Ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trends.
- Strong project management and managerial skills.
- Proficiency in photo and video editing software.
- Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research.
- Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
- Analytical mind, with a passion for measuring data.
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing or relevant field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing social media and digital accounts for a business or organization required.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in a supervisory role required.
- Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research required.
- Experience with WordPress, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc. preferred.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
