Job Summary
This position will develop and execute integrated plans for branding, messaging, PR, digital/social media, and content to boost awareness, engagement, and revenue, serving as a strategic partner to leadership, managing teams and budgets, and ensuring all communications align with organizational goals and values across multiple channels.
Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive marketing/comms plans (internal & external) supporting business objectives.
- Maintain consistent brand identity, voice, and visual guidelines across all materials.
- Oversee development of compelling content (written, video, digital) for various platforms.
- Manage web, social media, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM strategies.
- Handle media relations, press releases, and secure earned media.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals.
- Oversee departmental budgets and resource allocation.
- Partner with senior leadership and other departments (sales, recruitment).
- Track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and report results.
- Develop plans and manage communications during crises.
- Attends company meetings as requested
- Other tasks that may be assigned by your manager.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is typically required. An MBA or master’s degree is often preferred.
- 5 to 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in marketing or communications management.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and social media platforms.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prefer demonstrated leadership skills and understanding of group processes, teamwork and site/cost-center based management.
- Prefer demonstrated skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships at all levels.
- Excellent written and verbal skills

- Excellent time management, prioritization, and organization skills
