Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in St. George, UT, as Director of Marketing Operations. The role's responsibilities involve overseeing marketing operations, including systemwide CRM and local marketing performance and support, managing systemwide marketing strategies, managing third party agency performance and relationships, and analyzing overall marketing performance metrics to drive effective decision-making. The Director will manage daily operations relevant to marketing processes and collaborate with internal teams to align strategic goals. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, this individual will execute internal goals across a scaling franchise system. Additional responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities and ensuring operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Marketing Operations and Operations Management
  • Strong experience in Marketing Analytics and conducting performance analyses
  • Skilled in Market Planning with the ability to oversee and execute detailed marketing strategies
  • Excellent Analytical Skills with a proactive approach to solving problems and driving results
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in an on-site environment and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
