Growth Marketing Specialist at BairesDev

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to support the execution of experiments and programs that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will contribute to a fast-moving, test-and-learn environment by executing campaigns, analyzing results, and helping scale what works.

What You'll Do:

- Execute growth experiments across acquisition, activation, and retention stages of the funnel.

- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.

- Build and analyze performance reports, extracting insights to inform the next round of experiments.

- Support conversion rate optimization efforts on landing pages, emails, and onboarding flows.

- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to develop and test growth-focused assets.

- Maintain the experiment backlog and document results, learnings, and recommendations clearly.

What we are looking for:

- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing.

- Hands-on experience running paid campaigns and optimizing for conversion and acquisition metrics.

- Comfort working with data and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.

- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and experience interpreting experiment results.

- Curious, fast-learning mindset with a bias toward action and measurable outcomes.
