We are looking for a hands-on Social Media & Marketing Manager who thrives in the trenches — someone proactive, creative, and solution-driven who brings fresh ideas and takes ownership of delivering results.

Role Overview

This is not a passive management role. We need someone who is involved, strategic, and action-oriented, helping guide client strategies while also rolling up their sleeves to help create content direction, solve problems, and keep projects moving forward.

You will work closely with designers, videographers, copywriters, and clients to execute campaigns that perform and help businesses grow.

Key ResponsibilitiesHands-On Social Media Execution

Build and manage content calendars for clients across multiple industries.
Write captions, brainstorm reels, and assist in shaping creative content concepts.
Analyze performance and make real-time changes to improve results.
Bring new, trending ideas to increase reach and engagement.

Strategy & Problem-Solving

Develop clear monthly strategies tailored to each client's goals.
Identify problems and propose actionable solutions — quickly.
Stay ahead of algorithm changes, social trends, and platform updates.
Present strategy adjustments to clients and guide them effectively.

Leadership & Team Direction

Direct the design and content team to ensure consistent quality.
Review creative work and provide improvement feedback.
Assist clients with questions, updates, and campaign recommendations.
Help streamline internal processes for efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

A self-starter who doesn’t wait for instructions — you take initiative.
Someone highly creative, solutions-oriented, and comfortable multitasking.
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok marketing.
Experience in a marketing agency or handling multiple client accounts is a PLUS.
Excellent communicator with strong organizational skills.
Someone who genuinely enjoys being hands-on and creating results.
Bilingual English & Spanish is preferred but not required.
