Position Overview

The Global Event Marketing team’s mission is to deliver industry leading, experience‐led events that drive commercial and reputational results firmwide. We’re looking for an Americas Client Business Event Specialist with proven experience in event management and/or experiential marketing. In this role, you’ll work closely with business stakeholders to understand commercial priorities and design events that meet strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, support, and execute a variety of mid- to high-complexity events across the Americas Client Business—from pre‐event amplification through post‐event follow-up.
  • Oversee the working group, including content and creative development, experiential activations, project management, registration, event communications, venue management, and budget oversight.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to develop Event Briefs anchored in key commercial priorities as a foundation for content and experience creation.
  • Ensure execution aligns with event strategy and objectives while remaining within budget.
  • Analyze event success and lead debriefs to evaluate impact on brand and reputation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners including Multimedia, Global Creative, Content, Digital for Events, and Facilities.

Required Qualifications

  • Approximately 3 years’ experience in Event Marketing, Brand, or Experiential Activations (MUST).
  • High energy, proactive, results-oriented self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to balance innovative, big-picture ideas with tactical execution.
  • Experience leading and influencing across cross-functional levels.
  • Comfortable working in a multi-stakeholder environment across various time zones.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with refined executive presence.
  • Willingness to travel for in-person activations (approximately 30%).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (including OneDrive) and event technology platforms such as Cvent and Coupa.

  • Compensation: For New York, NY, the salary range is USD $80,750.00 - USD $100,000.00, plus an annual discretionary bonus. Total compensation may vary based on role, location, and performance.
