  • Manage social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule posts, monitor performance, and optimize campaigns in real-time.
  • Conduct social listening to gather insights on audience sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
  • Implement SEO best practices and keyword research techniques to enhance content discoverability across digital channels.
  • Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics and web analytics platforms to measure campaign effectiveness and refine marketing efforts accordingly.
  • Oversee paid advertising campaigns such as Facebook Advertising to target specific demographics and maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with public relations teams to manage brand reputation and coordinate outreach efforts for events or product launches.
  • Engage in relationship management by responding promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers to foster a loyal community.
  • Design visually appealing graphics using Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator that support branding initiatives and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor industry trends related to digital marketing, social media innovations, e-commerce integrations, and video editing techniques to keep strategies current.
  • Proven experience in social media management combined with a strong understanding of social media marketing principles.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating engaging visual content.
  • Familiarity with social listening tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for monitoring online conversations and insights.
  • Knowledge of SEO strategies, keyword research, Google Analytics, web analytics tools, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook or other social platforms with measurable results.
  • Strong writing skills with an eye for proofreading content before publication to ensure clarity and professionalism.
  • Ability to develop compelling video content through video editing software to enhance storytelling efforts.
  • Excellent relationship management skills for engaging with followers, partners, influencers, and media outlets effectively.
