Responsibilities

  • Own positioning, messaging, and storytelling across all customer touchpoints
  • Drive innovation by blending data and intuition to test bold ideas and unlock new growth
  • Manage and optimize the marketing budget across both brand-building and performance channels
  • Lead, inspire, and scale a high-performing marketing team built on creativity, accountability, and experimentation
  • Partner across brand, product, and ecommerce teams to deliver seamless, end-to-end brand experiences
  • Collaborate with data and finance to measure what matters, optimizing ROI and refining strategies in real time

Skills

  • 10+ years leading marketing for DTC and/or CPG brands, with a record of scaling revenue and brand equity
  • Proven expertise across brand strategy, digital media, social, influencer, and content
  • Inspirational leader who thrives in cross-functional environments and knows how to turn big ideas into execution
  • Combines creative intuition with analytical rigor
  • Entrepreneurial spirit — thrives in ambiguity and loves building in a fast-paced, high-growth setting
  • Experience in health, beauty, or wellness strongly preferred
