Marketing & Events Coordinator — Buddies Frozen Yogurt

Buddies Frozen Yogurt is looking for a creative, organized, and motivated Marketing & Events Coordinator to help grow our brand and bring exciting new ideas to life.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about marketing, events, food, and lifestyle trends. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves coming up with creative ideas, building relationships, and turning concepts into real experiences.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute events, pop-ups, brand collaborations, and community activations.
• Coordinate partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and other brands.
• Assist in developing and executing creative marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Research and source new products, frozen yogurt toppings, merchandise, packaging, and other opportunities for the brand.
• Communicate with vendors and coordinate product orders, samples, and deliveries.
• Help develop seasonal promotions, product launches, and special offerings.
• Identify food, lifestyle, and consumer trends that align with the Buddies brand.
• Brainstorm creative ways to improve the in-store customer experience.
• Support brand growth initiatives and maintain consistency across marketing materials, partnerships, and events.
• Manage event logistics, timelines, and coordination from planning through execution.

Qualifications

• Ability to take initiative and manage multiple projects independently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on ideas.
• Familiarity with current food, lifestyle, and social media trends.
• Previous experience in marketing, event coordination, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.

Location: Long Beach, NY

Pay: $25.03 - $30.14 per hour
