We’re looking for a creative, highly motivated Social Media Manager who loves dance music, understands social culture and trends, and can turn live events into compelling digital stories. Please complete the application below and share examples of your work and/or portfolio.

The Social Media Manager will shape and grow the Terrace’s online presence through original content creation, storytelling, social strategy, and real-time event coverage. This person will manage the social media calendar, create and edit engaging photo and video content, develop copy, promote upcoming shows, engage with our community, and work closely with our marketing and media teams to bring Terrace events to life online.

During events, the Social Media Manager will independently curate and publish real-time content, direct on-site media teams and content creators, provide creative feedback, coordinate content drops, and publish timely post-show recaps within established brand guidelines.

This is a hybrid, salaried exempt position assigned to the Terrace. Regular weeks are expected to average approximately 40 to 44 hours and generally include one remote workday, two in-office days, two overnight on-site shifts, and limited post-show recap or administrative work. Overnight coverage will generally replace or reduce office time. Major event weeks may require additional hours, nights, weekends, and select holidays.

This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, stays ahead of trends, and understands how to create content that feels authentic to dance music, nightlife, and live-event culture. You should have at least two years of social media experience, a strong portfolio of creative content, excellent storytelling instincts, and the flexibility to work the schedule required for Terrace events.
