Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote products or services, defining target audiences and positioning.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, SEO/SEM, email, and print.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity, analyze ROI and KPIs for campaigns, and adjust strategies based on data.
  • Budgeting: Determine and manage marketing budgets to ensure cost-efficient, high-impact campaigns.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product development and sales teams to align strategies with business goals and support product launches.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in marketing, typically as a coordinator, specialist, or assistant manager, with a track record of driving results.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software, social media platforms).
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, project management, and analytical abilities.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience
