About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Marketing Officer to lead our next phase of growth. In this vital role, you will shape and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy encompassing demand generation, product marketing, branding, and communication. We are looking for a data-driven leader with a successful history in B2B SaaS marketing, particularly within companies navigating the $40-100M ARR scaling phase.

The Chief Marketing Officer will enhance our demand generation engine across multiple channels, strengthen our brand positioning, and elevate thought leadership in the AI and dental technology domains. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on ideal customer profiles, messaging, and a cohesive go-to-market strategy.

If you have at least 10 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with a strong focus on demand generation and a comprehensive understanding of full-funnel marketing, we want to hear from you! The ideal candidate will showcase excellent leadership and communication skills, a talent for mentoring high-performing teams, and a hands-on approach to execution.

We prioritize a commitment to excellence, agility, ownership, and a collaborative spirit. Additionally, we are dedicated to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace. This position requires the candidate to be based in or willing to relocate to our hybrid work locations with an office presence on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Travel is minimal, at less than 10%.
