About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Chief Marketing Officer to drive our marketing strategy and initiatives across two distinct business units. As a vital member of our executive leadership team, you will play an instrumental role in shaping our growth strategy, accelerating customer acquisition, and enhancing our brand leadership. We're seeking a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of how to scale revenue, generate high-quality leads, and foster consumer engagement in retail-oriented healthcare settings.

The CMO will take ownership of the comprehensive marketing strategy, focusing on demand generation, patient acquisition, and brand development. This leader will be responsible for leading a high-performing marketing team, instilling a culture of measurement, experimentation, and continuous optimization.

To thrive in this role, you should have at least 15 years of progressive marketing leadership experience with a balanced background in both B2B and B2C marketing. Your exceptional execution skills and ability to drive growth in multi-site or high-growth organizations will be essential, along with an experience in integrated marketing programs. Candidates with a background in multi-site healthcare, retail health, or related healthcare services environments will be strongly preferred. An MBA or Master's degree in a relevant discipline will also be advantageous.
