About the Role
The Company is looking for a dynamic Chief Marketing Officer to spearhead our marketing strategy and execution across two business units. As a vital member of our executive leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping our enterprise growth strategy, boosting customer acquisition, and enhancing brand leadership. We are seeking a strategic thinker with a proven track record in scaling revenue, generating high-quality leads, and driving consumer engagement, particularly in retail-oriented healthcare settings.
Your main responsibilities will include developing and owning a comprehensive marketing strategy that focuses on demand generation, patient acquisition, and brand development. You will lead a high-performing marketing organization that thrives on measurement, experimentation, and continuous optimization.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of progressive marketing leadership experience with a robust background in both B2B and B2C marketing. Strong execution skills and a proven ability to drive growth in multi-site or high-growth organizations are essential. Experience with integrated marketing programs will be highly beneficial. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in multi-site healthcare, retail health, or adjacent healthcare services environments, and those holding an MBA or a Master's degree in a related discipline.
